Ideas man, Strategist, Doer and Entrepreneur, Gautam is a media man, an athlete, a boxer and a leader all rolled into one. Intrigued by the onset of media in the country, his first stint with the media industry happened by chance, something that became an unstoppable career journey and a lifelong passion.

Since 2000, Gautam has been part of large media companies and channels and has played a major role in developing profitability and implementing revenue maximizing strategies. These large organisations introduced him to new people, big dreams and cemented his standing as an industry leader.

He rose to become the youngest National Head of a TV media firm which gave him the responsibility of managing nationwide large teams. Most importantly, it taught him the power of teamwork; something that was an antithesis to his shotput days of practicing and playing all by himself. This experience combined with his sports days, taught him the value of individual contribution towards a larger goal and vision.

Gautam takes to the stage naturally, be it a board room or a public speaking engagement; aided by his certification in acting, and his teaching years at his alma mater. His uncanny ability to connect with and inspire large groups arises from the years of tackling real business issues and solving them.
